Let's see, a bit of history... In 2006, Shiraishi Minoru voice-acted Taniguchi, and eventually got some tenure amongst Japanese fans. In 2007, Shirashi Minoru voice-acted himself as an anime character and really came into his own, playing off internet memes like Carson Daly only with more style and less suck. Starting with Epsiode 13 of Lucky☆Star, he did a few live action endings for the show. This was when I forgave Kyoto Animation for sucking.

Basically, Minoru's a great guy because he respects the power of fandom. He acknowledges the wills of the masses and does his best to please in an amusing way. He doesn't pander to fetishism and he doesn't act like the lifeless piece of shit that most seiyuu make themselves out to be. He enjoys making people laugh and he's good at it. Hence this site—spreading the word of his greatness.
